Rental Alert
It has been brought to my attention that rental homeowner's agents have been inaccurately quoting certain Island Interior Homes as beach front homes. A lot can be done with modern photography and editing, it is not too much for someone to stand on the roof, or on a corner of a lot in order to demonstrate a beach front home or even to pass it off as simply a slip of the tongue, but once you're there there's no taking it back. As a renter I suggest that you have all representations in writing. Having been a beach front property owner since 1985, it is my opinion that a beach front vacation experience is dramatically different from an interior island rental experience. I welcome you to consider a stay at Seawatch. A beautiful beach front home. Pricing for beach front homes like Seawatch are generally higher than pricing for interior homes.
Rental Terms
The reservation form along with a $500 Security Deposit plus a $200 rental deposit is required to complete a reservation and must be received by Seawatch LLC within 7 days of a tentative phone reservation having been made. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory conditions of home & within 45 days of departure. 50% OF REMAINING RENT IS DUE 90 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. REMAINDER OF RENT + 11% TOURIST TAX IS DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. To pay for extra bedding and cleanup services parties beyond 10 individuals are charged an extra $15 per day. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival the $500 security deposit and rent plus 11% Tourist Tax is due overnight (UPS, FedEx, or US Mail). Alternatively any above payments can be made through either international or domestic wire. Contact owner for acct. # (239)-898-2692.
All deposits and rental payments are refundable if re-rental of your time slot occurs after your cancellation. Rental losses incurred by Seawatch/NCV, Inc. due to late cancellation are the responsibility of the canceling party. All rental rates & availability subject to change without notice. Short notice reservations are welcome when space is available.
